Development Consultant

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the Development team, working with a project team to deliver applications that address business requirements. You will liaise and work closely with Business/System Analysts, Super-users, Test Analysts and other developers.
• You will be responsible for:
• Interpret the business requirements and documenting this into the technical designs.
• Software application development.
• Conducting developer testing and working with the test analysts to create detailed test plans.
• Providing time and effort estimates and committing to release schedules.

Requirements:

• Ideally candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Required skill(s): Core skill set Java, ASP.NET (C#).
• Preferred skill(s): Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft Visual SourceSafe, WinCVS. HTML. XML
• Knowledge: Microsoft SQL Server* 2000/2005 and Oracle database is a plus

• Establishing relationships with customers and suppliers to grow the business.
