SITE HR MANAGER
Role:

  •  Ensure all HR processes, objectives, policies and procedures are carried properly, legally and effectively as well as preparing and coordinating HR & related reports
  •  Assists the Director of Human Resources in executing business strategies
  •  Works with human resources associates to carry out the daily activities of Human Resource Department, including recruitment, training and development
  •  Ensure consistent, effective, and impactful implementation of human resources practices
  •  Actively participate on assigned teams and/or projects, proactively seek to identified and implement of continuous improvement ideas and best practices
  •  Able to lead team that aligning with overall organization goals and perform periodic performance reviews to determine progress
  •  Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures
