Java Regional Warehouse Manager(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
• To ensure that all warehousing across Java Island is manage up to the standard requirement of the company and to ensure that all planning, distribution and materials management for the company is achieved in term of quality, quantity & time
• Manage warehousing lay-out, security, storage
• Safeguarding the assets and responsible for any discrepancies between record and physical
• Prepare monthly stock and distribution report
• Review and monitor status for each distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements:

Import Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
• To ensure the smooth clearance process of the imported goods from the port to support the on time goods arrival at the desired site and providing clear visibility of in-transit imported goods status and avoiding demurrage
• Define the workprocess in Import Management Section, make improvement in Importing workprocesses
• Ensure the documents and data are available accurately to ensure the custom clearance process executed smoothly from Indonesia Custom Office up to delivery at the warehouse
• Ensure all importation document are completed and ready to be processed for custom clearance
• Liaise with 3rd party (if any) to make the custom release of goods done on time
• Ensure all masterlist requirements complied completelyin coordination with the concerned parties and vendors, keep track on the utilization
• Liaise with BKPM and Sucofindo to ensure smooth masterlist approval
• Set up maintenance schedule for the equipments, perform all maintenance plans accordingly
• Provide periodic report on Masterlist and Import Status
• Implement all related program directed by superior, re-deply it to subordinate
• Seek to improve the Import-related processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university majoring in Economy/Engineering/IT/Management
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as handling the importation
• Preferably has 1 year of experience in a Telco Company
