Responsibilities:
- Prepare strategy and annual Safety & Environmental Program, Conceptualization of budget and man power plan in Safety & Environment.
- Prepare Report to government about RKL/RPL progress quarterly.
- Prepare Report to government about RKL/RPL progress quarterly
- Conducted mining activities such as Mine Planning & Mine production (land clearing,
- drilling, mine survey, Overburden activity)
- Manage sub contractor.
- Prepare Monthly Production Report, Evaluation mining progress, and Annual plan
- As management representative of Environment Management System.
- Conceptualization of budget plan and man power plan.
- Coordinate and implement effective mine closure.
- Make Good relationship with local Community in mine area
Qualification:
- Master Degree or Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining engineer / Geology
- Maximum 40 years old
- Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry and as a KTT minimum for 5 years
- Hold POU & KTT certification from Ministry of Energy Mineral Resources Republic Indonesia ( Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara )
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Expert in Mining Operations, Including environmental, health & safety aspects
- Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
- Create Good Mining Practice
- Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- Able to make project budget preparation and control
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization/corporate.
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
GM PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:
- Network with customers, designers, engineers, in-house estimating department, subcontractors and suppliers
- Develop physical layout, specifications, Bill of Quantities and cost estimates.
- Perform engineering studies including economic analysis
- Review of bidder’s offer with technical adequacy complying relevant contract clauses and technical provisions.
- Conduct pre & post bid clarifications meetings
- Manage, review, and coordinate architectural/engineering projects and proposals develop in-house or by consultants
- Assist in the qualification of consultans used during pre-design and pre-construction services
- Assist in the preparation of project milestone schedules and cash-flow forecasts
- Provide VE analysis and options on impacts to project schedules and budgets
- Identify and coordinate any project required permits
- Identify potential long lead or potential cost escalation items
- Collaborate with estimators on cost estimaters, cost model and material comparisons, constructability reviews, and schedules with qualifications and assumptions
- Manage pre-construction coordination meetings and assist with bid analysisand reviews
- Participate with Business Development Dept in opening new opportunities in niche markets- locate and analyze project opportunities for growth of the company
- Visit and observe on going projects for further develop personal knowledge and offer technical assistance to the team.
- Participate in the weekly project development team meetings to discuss project status, project resources, and other needs
- Serve as a resource for other in the department at times to fulfill their assignments
Qualification:
- Mater Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 15 Years work experience with project management, bid analysis , budgeting, writing scope of work, document interpretation, pricing on hard bid, design-build, and negotiated projects.
- At least 5 Years at management level
- Familiarity in mining and Industrial Park with specifications and supplements to each and with reading blueprints and plans.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and production, in Microsoft Project or equivalent software and in Microsoft Office suite of software-Excel/Word/Outlook/ etc also needed along with estimating software knowledge.
HSE MANAGER
Principal accountabilities
- Assistance to the KTT for Construction with HSE requirements and compliance.
- Ensure that the ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 standards are complied with.
- Supervision of Project HSE and Medical staff.
- Attend pre-job, planning and other client meetings as required.
- Conducts regular audits and inspections at project locations.
- Investigate or arrange for all accidents and near-misses be investigated, prepare report of findings, including recommendations to prevent recurrence and implement approved course of action.
- Development and implementation of HSE Plans and emergency response plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements.
- Ensures that all project personnel and crew comply with client and company HSE training and medical requirements.
- Provide relevant information for monthly HSE reports.
- Conduct HSE presentations and training to employees as required.
- Supervise the administrator and record keeping on area specific HSE audits, reports, certifications, permits, etc.
- Assists work site HSE professionals and line management in development of work site HSE and Cause No Harm promotions and campaigns.
- Promote a positive Company image during the course and scope of the performance of these duties.
- Assist in evaluation and selection of subcontractors on the basis of their HSE performance.
- Provide HSE input for the proposals group bids.
- Supervise the maintenance of company HSE statistics, analyse trends and propose and take remedial action where necessary.
- Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor.
