Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to manage and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the DAP Batam factory
• Ensure production team meets production targets and KPI
• Ensure efficient management of the logistics and store activities
• Ensure the functionality of the operations structure and the system promotes continuous improvement.
• Plan and Control the annual operating budget and expenditure of the factory.
• Motivate, coach and supervise the career development of employees.
• Actively work with supporting departments.
• Participate in new project development to ensure good production and smooth start up.

Requirements:

• Degree or higher in Engineering or Production Management
• 5-8 years relevant experience in a production environment of which 2-4 years in a managerial / supervisory capacity
• Have strong leadership and people engagement skills
• Takes initiative and is able to work independently
• Possess a dynamic personality with energetic resourcefulness
• Possess a strong drive and aspiration for success
• Able to thrive in a fast paced & highly pressurize work environment
• Be willing to seconded/ stationed to Batam for work for a minimum of 2 years
• Incentives/Traveling allowance/ Accommodation will be given while in Batam
