Job Vacancy at Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Specialist, Tacloban City, Philippines

The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical and project management support to the Visayas Program Area's Early Childhood Care and Development Program and activities, including systems of quality control , monitoring and evaluation and integration with other programs; should also provide technical assistance to partners who need support. 

Graduate of Social Work or Family Life and Child Development is a must. Minimum of three (3) years solid experience as a pre-school teacher; familiar with the standards of Early Childhood Care and Development in the country and status/gaps of the present systems required. Thorough knowledge of appropriate theories and concepts on early childhood care and development and understanding of the legal foundations on the protection of the rights of children are highly desirable. 

Proven and established networking relationships with various agencies / organizations is a distinct advantage. Good verbal and written communication; proficient in the use of corporate systems and processes; a team player with integrity and transparency; proactive stance, gender sensitive and adherence to child rights are preferred.
