The focus in on “pro-active”, to avoid failures happened, to ensure the required equipment availability and maximize equipment life time at the lowest sustainable maintenance costs.

Requirements:

1. Education : University degree from Mechanical Engineering
2. Experiences :

• 5 years hands-on experience in maintenance within heavy equipment industry

3. Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes
4. Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
5. Other qualifications :

• Good knowledge of heavy equipment, ideally within cement manufacturing processes
• Pro-active attitude and excellent problem solving skills

SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the design of production tools and/or machines, and for developing solutions to production problems relating to materials, processes, and tooling.

He or she supports new programs by developing new processes, designing tooling and machinery, and developing
production controls.

Additionally, the Senior Manufacturing Engineer sets up new equipment, ensures satisfactory operation of the new equipment, and teaches others to use it properly.

5. Writes procedures for the operation of new or existing equipment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

1. Knowledgeable concerning mechanical principles, machining practices, the properties of metals, and the application of mathematics and dimensions to production machinery and tooling.
2. Knowledgeable concerning modern fabrication and assembly techniques and machine-shop practices and techniques.
3. Strong drafting skills.
4. Able to mentally visualize and comprehend all aspects of a manufacturing equipment or tooling problem, understand the interrelationships of factors affecting a given situation, and be attentive to detail.
5. Capable of efficiently integrating existing methods with new innovations to economically solve production problems in a timely manner.
6. Has initiative and able to work effectively with little direction and/or few guidelines.
7. Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
8. Working knowledge of computer systems and data processing specialy Auto Cad
9. Familiar with computer-controlled machine tools and has had exposure to high-volume automated production equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Max. 37 Years Old
2. B.S.M.E. degree, or a B.S. degree with a concentration of coursework in Industrial Technology or Industrial Engineering.
3. Not less than three (3) years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, with tool and/or machine design experience.
4. Experience in capital appropriation evaluation and analysis.
