Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment process of National Staff employees to meet the needs of workforces of each PTFI deparment on timely basis as required.
Requirements:
* S1 Degree in Psychology + Certified Psychologist with 5 years experience in related field
* Core competencies and skills in: Safety and Environment, Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Customer Service Orientation, Cultural Sensitivity, and Team Leadership
* Knowledge of behavioral assessment (interview, testing materials, psychological assessment, and report writing)
* Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literacy
* Willing to be assigned at Tembagapura-Papua
