Decisions referred to the Senior Vice President Project Development and other senior personnel include: terminations, staff disciplinary actions, promotions, the selection of senior personnel, financial expenses and capital purchases outside authority, salary increases for direct reports and the approval of major equipment purchases. Skills, Knowledge And Experience Required:
