RF Optimization Manager in East Java(Jakarta Raya - East Java)
Responsibilities:
• Leads team of RF engineers through all phases RF engineering from RF network planning to optimisation.
• Effectively communicates the plans, schedules, and status to Project manager and other team members.
• Anticipates, identifies and solves RF coverage design issues.
• Develops test procedures and documentation. Co-ordinates with other engineering groups including RF planning, configuration management, Operation and maintenance, test engineering in solving coverage and interference issues.
• Performs BTS integration RF drive test checks and can add new BTS to service with a team of BSS and RF engineers and document test results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics with 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.
• Requires proven technical RF leadership record in RF network Planning and optimisation with good understanding of GSM, CDMA networks and RF Receiver/Transmitter, LNA, RF Data collection and post processing methods.
• Prior experience should include leading a team of RF engineers on RF network optimisation and expansion.

Requirements:
• The candidate should be Electronics/Communication/Electrical engineers with 1-5 yrs of experience in RF engineering, repeaters and usage of various data collection and RF tools etc
• Working knowledge of all RF concepts such as return loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), EM interference, usage of filters etc
• Have knowledge of CDMA RF engineering
• Have knowledge of DAS [Distributed antennae system], active and passive repeaters
• Must have knowledge in making the Link budget for repeater deployment
• Familiar with in building survey, preparation of IBS design, Link budgeting, finalisation of antennae requirements, bill of material and cost of deployment etc
• Familiar with indoor walk test for data collection and trouble shooting the weak areas

Responsibilities:
• Manage network elements installation and commissioning for new sites under his area of responsibility weather in-house or thru contractors and meeting the schedule. Ensure the good quality of network (KPI) as part of the over-all objective.
• Over-see and control the whole activity under his job scope and maintain good quality workmanship according to company standard. Ensure that project will not exceed on the allocated budget.
• Support, monitor and coordinate closely with the Project and Construction Department, Radio Planning Department, Transmission Planning and Contractors for details of site configuration prior to implementation. This pertains to equipment configuration, type of equipment to be used, frequency and channel assignments, antenna orientation and tilting and site development completeness.
• Prepare project update report, attended management project meeting, delegate the work activities to his subordinates and ensure proper information, instructions and guidelines are followed and adhering company safety and security standard.
• Furnish network equipment implementation activity schedule for Radio Planning, Transmission Planning, Project and Construction, Operations and Maintenance Departments and Logistics & Warehouse the itemized list of equipment for preparation and delivery to site.
• Manages and implement all site upgrade/downgrade and modifications like re-orientation, re-tilting, and re-location of equipment and additional infrastructure accordingly. This includes the detailed material inventory requisitioned, configuration, problems encountered and, if available, its solution and the site status as completed.
• Coordinate with the other Managers and Section Head for details of site(s) and equipment/network configuration requirement prior to installation. Schedule and allocate available manpower and resources for the speed up the implementation.
• Prepare project various implementation processes and project budget of his area of responsibility.
• Headed to meet the group KPI/KRA and review subordinates performance appraisals.
