Jakarta Selatan. Our logistic services operate out of two locations (Jakarta
and Surabaya) servicing our 45 distributors and local / national modern trade
accounts.
MARKETING ADMINISTRATION
Purpose of Job
- We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Marketing
Administration to support our Marketing Manager. The applicant needs to
demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, be able to work independently in a fast paced
environment and possesses a good command of the English language. You should
have marketing experience, be flexible, quick to adapt and comfortable to work
on a range of tasks spanning from website updates, social media, email
marketing, data entry, research, planning and reporting. Diligence, reliability
and meeting agreed deadlines are important requirements. The job offers a fast
track learning opportunity in Marketing and Sales Management.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Communication and follow up with Field Force, Suppliers,
Sales Promotion, Media Agents and internal departments
- Maintaining Social Media and Website updates
- Production planning, budgeting and supporting the Marketing
plans • Production and Marketing cost controlling
- Sales reporting
Qualifications
- Female or Male with maxmimum age of 30 years old
- Marketing degree and/or Administration degree with at the
least two year experience in Marketing / Administration
- Fresh Graduates are welcome with strong knowledge in
computer, database and administrative skills
- Background in accounting is beneficial
- Knowledge of managing digital communication channels
including websites and Social Media is beneficial
- Good communication skills, good command in English (oral and
written)
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof
reading and collating complex information into reports
- Excellent computer skills with specific experience of
working with databases, MS Office applications and Social Media. Very good
knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is mandatory.
- Highly organized and good judgment for priorities
- Excellent time and project management skills with the
ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
