In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional as SAP Functional & Technical Consultants for following requirements:

SAP CONSULTANTS

Project Duration : 12 – 18 months

1. SAP BI Senior / Technical Consultant (BI)
Position required – 2
2. Lead Consultant - SAP SD
Position required - 1
3. Lead Consultant - SAP PM
Position required - 1
4. Lead Consultant - SAP ABAP
Position required – 1
5. SAP XI Solution Architect (XI Lead)
Has 3 + years of experience, must have a worked on XI in previous 2 engagements.
Position required – 1
6. SAP XI Developer (XI)
Has 1 - 2 years of experience, strong technical knowledge, should have XI experience in previous engagement. Position required - 2
7. Change Management - Lead Consultant (CM)
Has 5 or above years of experience, should have executed at least 2 SAP project, special emphasis on managing change in the oil & gas industry. Good in communication, able to relate to business needs and transform into usable terms, adaptable & flexible. Position required – 1
8. Training Lead
Has 5 or above years of experience, good in communication and managing team & people. Adaptable & flexible. Position required - 1

Other requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
• Holding SAP Certification is a distinct advantage
• Has experience in oil & gas industry would be preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 full cycle implementation experience for Consultants, 3-4 for Lead Consultants; deep hands-on functional experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP; cross-modules / applications integration experience
• Ability to analyze ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes, complete complex business design for gap / interfaces and configure system to user requirements
• Willing to travel and have high flexibility for project allocation
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skill
• Fluent in English is a mandatory, both in oral and written
