SITE HR MANAGER
Role:
- Ensure all HR processes, objectives, policies and procedures are carried properly, legally and effectively as well as preparing and coordinating HR & related reports
- Assists the Director of Human Resources in executing business strategies
- Works with human resources associates to carry out the daily activities of Human Resource Department, including recruitment, training and development
- Ensure consistent, effective, and impactful implementation of human resources practices
- Actively participate on assigned teams and/or projects, proactively seek to identified and implement of continuous improvement ideas and best practices
- Able to lead team that aligning with overall organization goals and perform periodic performance reviews to determine progress
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- · Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology / Law / Management Human Resources from reputable university
- · Maximum 35 years old
- · Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 year in managing HR Professionals, manufacturing preferred.
- · Experienced in managing relevant HR projects
- · Understands how to strategically partner with key business clients
- · Maturity in dealing with complex situations, changes, and requirements and comfortable operating in and making decisions in ambiguous settings
- · Good knowledge in some organization development activities is a plus
- · Dynamic, energetic, disciplined individuals who have strong integrity and able to cope with high standard work
- · Good interpersonal and team player skills – strong customer service oriented
- · Excellent problem-solving skills
- · Excellent communication in English (spoken and written
- · Should be computer literate and have expertise MS Office
SERVICE AREA REPRESENTATIVE
Role:
· Provide routine service and technical support to both
existing customer and new accounts
· Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis,
interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer
operations are performing at optimal levels.
Requirements:
· Male, age around 26-32 years old
· Minimum bachelor degree in Management, Communication,
Promotions, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or
related field
· Interested with automotive
· Have analytical thinking skill and leadership skill
· Able to work with team
· Understand basic management (PDCA)
· Have sense of business
· Able to identify and solve problems
· Have driving licenses (SIM A)
· Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office
and Email
· Well proven in English (both spoken & written) is an
advantage
· Have minimum 2 years experience in Service Area is an
advantages
· Willingly to travel as required to provide service support
TECHNICAL TRAINER AFTER SALES
Role:
· Create training for service employees in all official
Suzuki dealer services
· Preparing and supporting the training
· Identifying training needs for organization
· Develop effective induction programs
· Evaluating training programs
Requirements:
· Age max 35 years old
· Minimum bachelor degree in Management, Human Resource
Development or Machine Engineering
· Have minimum 1 years experience in automotive company as a
Service Trainer
· Have driving licenses (SIM A)
· Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office
and Email
· Well proven in English (both spoken & written) is an
advantage
· Able to identify and solve problems
· Excellent in Man Power Plan
· Understand TNA
· Willing to travel
NETWORK DEVELOPMENT
Role:
· Plan and control building construction in dealer
· Coordination with DND marketing to obtain 3S license
· Control construction cost in dealer
Requirements:
· Age min 23 years old
· Minimum bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering
or related field
· Have minimum 1 years experience in contractor company
· Have driving licenses (SIM A)
· Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office
and Email
· Well proven in English (both spoken & written) is an
advantage
· Willing to travel
DEALER DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Role:
· Implement the regulation and development of national
service programs,
· Control network databases, promotional services to improve
the performance of workshops and Suzuki overall image
· Make arrangements and coordination of material
standardization workshop equipment authorized Suzuki
· Designing promotional activities for service with the goal
of performance improvement workshop
· Analyze Service Program to improve its results
Requirements:
· Male, age max. 35 years old
· S1Engineering, Management Industry or equivalent from
reputable university
· Experience min 1 year in Network Development, Technical
Skill especially in automotive company
· Understand Management Workshop
· Able to use Corel or Auto Cad (Technical Drawing)
· Have driving license A and C
Well proven in English (both spoken & written) is an
advantage
