Responsibilities:
• The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the personnel department within the organization.
Requirements:
• A post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management and significant management experience and expertise in similar sector.
• Must be aware of local, state and federal employment guidelines.
• Possesses good conflict resolution skill, the ability to improve overall workplace moral and to work with all level of staff.
• Able to provide staff training.
MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• The Marketing Manager is a highly responsible management position responsible for developing and implementing successful marketing plans, strategies and tactics that meet short term and long term promotional, financial and operational objectives for the park.
Requirements:
• A post graduate qualification in a relevant field and significant management experience and expertise in similar sector.
• Able to prepare budget, plan, promote and coordinate events for the park
• Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism & leisure industry would be an advantage.
