IP Core Engineer (NET-IC-E)
Responsibilities:
a. To provide detail design of national wide IP core network, including its IP addressing, MPLS configuration and other detail parameters
b. Responsible for designing O&M network and coordinating with other related departments (Transmission, Operation, IT, etc)
c. To analyze IP core network traffic performance from operation department and give the necessary solution for preventing network failure
d. To do traffic dimensioning of all IP based traffic carrying in MPLS backbone nodes
e. To do design and manage internet connection to ISP, other external networks and its supporting servers
Requirements:
a. A minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Telecommunication or Informatics Engineering.
b. A minimum 2 years working experience in IP-based and internet services, including design and implementation.
c. Good knowledge in telecommunication system, TCP/IP, MPLS network, and BGP routing protocols
d. Good knowledge in DNS, Proxy and email system
e. Good knowledge in Data infrastructure (LAN / WAN), Cisco Certified will be an advantage.
f. Good knowledge in SDH and PDH transmission system
g. CCNA or other networking certification
h. CCIP and/or CCNP is preferable
i. Fluent in English language both written and speaking

Enhanced Voice Senior Executive (PD-EV-SM)
Responsibilities:
a. Product Definition and development of Enhanced Voice

Requirements:
a. Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science or similar
b. Has strong knowledge in enhanced voice VAS product such as RBT,VSMS
c. Has Strong knowledge in mobile cellular technology

BSC/RAN Engineer (NET-BSC-E)
Responsibilities:
a. To do re planning, planning and deminsioning in the area of BSC/RAN and also to ensure for efficient dimensioning of BSC/RAN element
b. To do monitoring and check of performance in the live existing network, to take necessary action for engineering task
c. Supervise of vendor when do first implementation in the system and to ensure all test and integration as performed as planned
Requirements:
a. A minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in. engineering mainly in telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic engineering
b. A minimum 2-3 years working experience in GSM/UMTS area
c. Having strong knowledge of GSM/WCDMA network especially in BSC/RAN
d. Having knowledge of HLR, MSC as advantage
e. Having knowledge of BSC/RAN design and planning.
f. Having knowledge of signaling
g. Fluent in English language both written and speaking

Core Switch Engineer
Responsibilities:

West Java Customer Interaction manager (CS-CIC-M)
Responsibilities :
a. Assist head of CS in developing the walk in center/outlet business plan (covering strategy, resources/site location, system, business process and budget requirement) in accordance to the company’s business plan and ensuring the implementation in order so that business objective are achieved accordingly
b. Manage the operational of several walk in center/outlets to ensure all of the walk in center/outlets provide uniform, professional services through face to face contact, accurate cash/revenue reconciliation, manage stock of Sp and Vouchers, implement company program and supporting sales activities in response to our customers needs and/or resolve complaint according to the M&P
c. Act as liaison with other departments outside Customer Service and specially with Marketing/Sales Operations/Finance/Warehouse team to ensure ongoing, clear communication to resolve interdepartmental issues and get support for Walk In center operational to achieve company objectives
d. Manage the productivity, effectiveness and accuracy of several Walk In Center/outlets operational through: regular visit, conduct regular audit, implement QA, monitoring of the work process, proposing and initiate new/enhanced approaches in operational work process, provide support to team member in handling escalated problem as needed and coordinate a walk in center colleague audit.
e. Provide continuous coaching and build teamwork among subordinates to ensure high morale and motivation for the team member.
f. Review of subordinates’ performance plan and assess their progress.
g. Assist subordinates in meeting the performance plans targets.
h. Subordinates monitoring/supervision, quarterly/yearly subordinates performance discussion/evaluations and routine coaching and/or training (in coordination with HR Dept.).
Requirements :
a. S1 graduate from any discipline with 3 years or more of experience in managerial level, preferably having experience in managing one or several Walk In Center / outlets in a telecommunication or service company (banking) from securing sites to operational stage
b. Experience in managing several walk in center/branches operation with sales and stocking knowledge back ground is preferable
c. Professional appearance and good appearance in meeting customers in an outlet Service Orientation
d. Sound knowledge of branches operational aspects, scheduling and capacity
e. Good written and spoken English.
f. Good in managing people.
g. Good communication skills.
Core Network Performance Manager
Responsibilities :
a. Operation and Maintenance of Core Network
b. Good experiemce on MGW, MSC, HLR, SGSN, GGSN, 3G, OSS and NMS
c. Experience of handling TOC and NOC issues
d. Dimensioning periodically, Modify and understand of data for core elements
e. Fault monitoring and taking corrective action, fimiliarity with alarms in the network
f. Auditing the parameters database and also checking major alarms of network elements
g. Good understanding of KPIs, Formulas and Counters and also Matching counters in multi vendors scenario
h. Database Management, Publishing reports, Network quality Monitoring
i. Very good knowledge of using Test Equipment
Requirements :
