Requirements :
• Minimum S1
• Have minimum 3 years experience in Production House as a Talent Coordinator or Talent Searcher (is a must)(please, describe the title that you have been handled)
• Have a good relationship with Talent Agency/ Artis Management
• Have a good presentation skill dan efective negosiation
• Able to work in team and flexible hour
• Able to handle administration task in tidy & timely manner
• Have a good interpersonal relations skill
• Good initiative in mastering the project
