General Secretary
Responsibilities:
• Conducting office services, provision of office facilities and administrative services, according to applicable provisions to support the smooth operation of the company.
• Carry out the preparation activities of the working space and office equipment for all employees as well as guest coming.
• Conducting correspondence, documentation and archiving, to ensure administrative support for the smooth operation of all employees
• Making the estimated annual cost associated with office administration activities, as recommended departmental budgeting General Admin (i.e. ticketing, expenses, visa, etc)
• Implement the will of the need and procurement of office stationery, office equipment, office equipment cleanliness and safety as well as photocopy and binding services.
• Making reservation for hotel, ticket, and other related to travelling to support company operations together worked with 3rd party.
Requirements:
• Female, Single
• Age maximum 28 years old
• Diploma 3 Degree (D3) from Secretary, Admin or Management
• 2 years experience in related position
• MS Office skills (excel, power point, internet application, etc), is a must.
• Strong personality with good character
• Good in coordinating and fast adapt with vary situation
• Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Living in Cikarang or Bekasi area
