Sr. Officer, C&B Analysis
Analyze compensation practices and recommend improvements in order to provide more efficient and fair compensation practices.
Requirements :
• S1/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Financial Management or Human Resources Management)
• Accounting or Mathematics with approximately 5 years experience Human Resource Management including 4 years exposure to compensation and benefit area
• Having knowledge on Government policies manpower related (Jamsostek, Kep-150/Men/2000, etc)
