We have a job opening as a temp General Manager to work under Dynton strategic team to assist our client, a leading electronic distributor. This exciting opportunity is for someone who wants the challenges to become a leader in a dynamic organization. The candidate will be responsible to execute strategies that are developed together with the Dynton strategic team. Upon satisfactory performance, the candidate will become the General Manager at our client with increasing responsibilities to lead the whole operation.
General Manager of Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities:
• As a general manager, to work closely with the owner of the company to develop overall business strategy and to carry out the day-to-day execution flawlessly
• Accountable for the profit and loss performance of the company
• To develop sales and marketing programs to significantly boost sales to increase market share
• To implement company culture that fosters productivity, professionalism and team work through implementation of target, budget, key performance indicators
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Networking, Selling, Leadership.
• Preferred skill(s): Communication.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Preferred language(s): Chinese.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor degree (preferably Master or post graduate degree) in engineering, business studies/administration/management, economics, marketing, commerce or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience related to sales and marketing, and must have prior P&L responsibilities
Have direct experience managing sales through modern retailers such as Carrefour, preferably for electronic products
Candidate must have a high degree of professionalism, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, possess a “can do” attitude
Candidate must have strong networking and excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
