BASIC PURPOSE :
This position is to support the Company with remuneration program specifically in developing, making continuous improvement, and maintain Employee Compensation Program in order to align with and not limited to the Company’s Compensations and Benefits Philosophy, Corporate Guidelines, Local Government Regulation relates to Manpower, Taxation, Collective Labor Agreement, etc. as well as maintain externally competitiveness with Company’s Peer Companies.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Financial Management/Accounting, Human Resources Management or Actuary
• 2 – 5 years related experience in Employee Compensation Program
• Preferably a holder in C&B Certification (GRP or HRP)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office with mastery in Excel)
• Creative and Innovative
• Able to work both independently with less supervision and as a team
