Call Centre Trainer
Responsibilties:
• To plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training & development, establish & maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff & development.
• To design and deliver/co-ordinate function specific sales & product training for new hires and existing inside sales representatives.
• To monitor, measure and report on staff training & development plans and achievements within agreed formats & timeline.
Requirements:
• Applicant to possess at least Degree or equivalent with at least 2years of working experience in related field, having relevant inside call centre experience is an advantage
• He/she must be a strong team player and possess knowledge of various computer applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Must have a pleasant and patient personality with the ability to reach out and nurture staff with different skills sets & job exposure.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mega Kuningan,Jakarta Selatan.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
