Teledirect is part of the WPP group, the world's largest communications group. We provide outsourced call-centre services to the largest multinationals in the finance, telecommunications and IT sectors. Our range of services include customer service, telesales and technical helpdesk. Our other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia,Taiwan, and Thailand. We are looking for individuals with initiative and drive to join our team in our Indonesia office.

Call Centre Trainer

Responsibilties:

• To plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training & development, establish & maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff & development.
• To design and deliver/co-ordinate function specific sales & product training for new hires and existing inside sales representatives.
• To monitor, measure and report on staff training & development plans and achievements within agreed formats & timeline.

Requirements:

• Applicant to possess at least Degree or equivalent with at least 2years of working experience in related field, having relevant inside call centre experience is an advantage
• He/she must be a strong team player and possess knowledge of various computer applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Must have a pleasant and patient personality with the ability to reach out and nurture staff with different skills sets & job exposure.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mega Kuningan,Jakarta Selatan.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
