SECRETARY


Preparing all aspects in budgeting for projects (New Store, Store Refurbishment, New Development, Specialty Retail efficiently and effectively) and to ensure all financial aspects of project implementation are controlled and reported

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Graduate from Tarakanita Secretary Academic
  • Minimum 3 years experience as secretary and experience in the project management is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and fast changing working environment
  • Ms Word knowledge and with minimum 150 wpm typing speed
  • Good filing knowledge
  • Creative Meeting arrangement
  • Able to handle multi-task

The incumbent will be responsible to monitor day-to-day activities of CPM’s productions and stocks and provide sales and technical support to prospective clients, including creating Detailed Engineering Drawing (DED) and Bill of Quantity (BoQ). Requirements:
