SENIOR SALES SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree
- Experienced in sales supervisor in consumer goods industry (FMCG) for minimum 3 years
- Smart Worker & Assertive
- Has strong communication skill both in writing and speaking. Fluent in english will be an advantage
- Age between 27 - 35 y.o.
- Responsible for sales target per area and report to the Sales Head/NSM (National Sales manager)
- Monitoring the sales movement from purchase order up to the delivery of the product
- To compile, check, analyze and report the weekly and monthly sales and distribution performance in each area
- To compile and report the competitor activities in their area
- To propose initiatives for improving distribution and sales. Then, implement, monitor and give the report of implementation
- To supervise the Our Field Supervisor & Distributor’s Sales Team performance in the field
- Maintain relationship with the existing distributors, monitoring their trend, and find potential distributors that we may need in the future
- Coordinate with promotion team about the promotion implementation and responsible to share the information to the distributor
- To cooperate with the finance to monitor the collection of the sales
