Requirements :

• S1/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Financial Management or Human Resources Management)
• Accounting or Mathematics with approximately 5 years experience Human Resource Management including 4 years exposure to compensation and benefit area
• Having knowledge on Government policies manpower related (Jamsostek, Kep-150/Men/2000, etc)

Job Descriptions :

• Maintains general ledger, including preparing journal entries, coding invoices, accounts analysis and reconciliation, closing books monthly, setting up new accounts.
• Reconciles monthly bank statements, verifies all deposits, handles discrepancies and problem
• Maintain payroll, computing government tax liability
• Oversees accounts receivables collection from individual and / or institutions, and reconcile customer accounts
• Initiates modifications / enhancements to computerized systems for accounting and management data
• Performs accounts payable duties, such as verifying all invoices for payment, ensure expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts
• Files all appropriate tax forms and reports with government agencies
• Updates records for fixed assets and all other financial documents as necessary
• Recommends, designs and implements any necessary department controls
• Prepare monthly financial statements to include preparing monthly balance sheet, income statement, report on changes in financial position/budget variances. May also prepare monthly inventory evaluations


Requirements :

• Female, age not more than 35 years old
• equivalent to appropriate four years college degree in accounting
• Three to five years accounting experience
• Understand with Tax Regulation and Accounting Standard
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting system
• Ability to work with detail, good organizational skills, able to work under pressure and may supervise accounting clerks or bookkeepers
