PPIC MANAGER

Persyaratan :
1. Berpengalaman di bidang garment, menguasai teknik pembuatan celana.
2. Mempunyai hubungan baik dengan pabrik CMT di daerah JABOTABEK dan SUKABUMI.
3. Bisa buat Time and Action Calender untuk melaksanakan order sesuai shipment plan.
4. Koordinasi dengan bagian Merchandising dan Purchase untuk follow up material.
5. Bisa menghasilkan output optimum dengan menjaga mutu PRODUK.
6. Bisa membantu bawahan dalam memecahkan masalah pada saat produksi.
7. Pengetahuan tentang Time and Motion Study (Industrial Engineering).
8. Bisa membangun suasana kerja yang harmonis dan good team work.
9. Bisa mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office applications)

Quality Assurance Supervisor

Tugas Utama :
Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap mutu dan menjaga sistem di bagian Sewing. Memastikan sistem pemeriksaan sesuai dengan standar prosedur yang diberikan. Memonitor mutu produk di bagian Sewing. Memeriksa dan mendiskusikan perbaikan yang diperlukan dengan bagian terkait dan Pengawas Produksi.


Tugas :
1. Memonitor mutu produk di semua bagian
2. Bekerja sama dengan Manager Produksi jika terdapat masalah serius yang ditemukan
3. Melakukan analisa terhadap komplain yang diterima dari Pelanggan dan memberikan laporan beserta tindakan koreksi dan cara pencegahannya.
4. Memeriksa hasil trial produksi dan memberikan tindakan koreksi dan pencegahan

Persyaratan :
1. Pendidikan minimal SMA / sederajat, berpengalaman 5 tahun di bidang Garment
2. Bahasa Inggris minimal Pasif.
3. Memiliki Pengetahuan di bidang Standar Mutu ISO 9001:2000
4. Dapat mengoperasikan Komputer
