Job Purpose

• The Field Supervisor is responsible to ensure the projects progress within time, cost, quality and customer service standards. The Field Supervisor should report to the Project or Site Manager.

• D3/S1 degree in Civil Engineering

ISO Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

ISO Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring, implementing and improving Job Purpose
ISO Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring, implementing and improving procedures and specifications designed to ensure that all company services are of a quality standard which will satisfy customer satisfactions and achieve superior realibility. The ISO Quality Engineer should report to the Management Representative.


Key Accountabilities:
Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures:
Establishing and updating all policies, procedures, guidelines and specification related to quality assurance
Controlling quality assurance related documents

Quality Assurance Standard:
Coordinating efforts in obtaining quality assurance certification standard

Corrective Actions:
Producing, analizing and making corrective recommendations regarding any non-conforming report

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering

Structure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for and undertake coordination in design process, commencing from site visit until design verification to meet customer requirements.
• Managing / arranging all design process to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinating design concept with architect and structure engineer to meet customer requirements.
• Preparing and arranging quality requirements needed in his division.
• Processing project design approval to the Head of Design Division.
• Coordinating with other division (M/E) related to whole building.
• Holding a meeting / routine meeting with customer in comply with the project.

Knowledge & Skills :
• Comprehend architecture and structure design, comprehend design standard and building technical specification, comprehend IMB.
• Able to control design business process in company, able to make design presentation, able to coordinate with his staff and coordinate with other field related to design.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering from Reputable University or Institute.

Mechanical & Electrical Field Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The Mechanical and Electrical Field Supervisor is responsible for planning and supervising the Mechanical and Electrical design and installation process, including Mechanical/Electrical system design for tender preparation and verifying design based on clients request. The M & E Supervisor should report to M & E Manager and Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and develop contingency plans with all key Operations Management to initiate in the event of a service failure
