Program Manager
The Job:
• Manage a team of telemarketers who will contact resellers in 13 Asian countries
• Set goals, objectives and targets for the team and Manages P&L of the program
• Work with ICT Director and client to identify and develop processes
• Develops and gets client's agreement on communication methods, KPIs, billing methods and other client related activities
• Conducts periodic performance reviews with ICT Director and coordinates with internal teams to provide accurate information to client
• Works with ICT Director and client to seek solutions and ways to continuously improve performance
The Person:
• Candidate must possess a Degree in Business studies/Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• Candidate must have at least 5-8 years working experience with a mix of Sales and marketing preferably in the IT industry.
• Exposed in managing resellers/channels and doing telesales is a strong plus
• Candidate should possess knowledge of Project Management, IT business understanding, telemarketing/sales/channel sales management/process improvement
• Managed a medium-size team with direct responsibility to P&L preferably in a multinational company
