SERVICE / SYSTEM ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Age 25 - 30 years Old
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree majoring in Electro/Telecommunication from reputable university with GPA 3.0
• 3 (three) years of professional experience in Telecommunication Field would be an advantage
• Good understanding in networking technology fundamental (routing, security, IP telephony) with relevant certificate from leading vendors
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic result (GPA > 3.5) are encouraged to apply for entry level position
• Training Experience in Telecommunication Field would also be an advantage
• Ability to work through out Jakarta i.e. Medan, Surabaya, Semarang, Jogya, Pekanbaru, Makasar.

IMPORT SPECIALIST - WAREHOUSE ADMIN
SENIOR EXECUTIVE


The position will be based on contract basis and placed in our Warehouse consolidation at Cakung, north Jakarta. The incumbent will report to the Warehouse Administration Assistant Manager for day to day regular warehouse administration activities in handling import document or any other related activities with import custom clearance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure the completeness of import documents or any other supporting document provided for both company and vendor
• Ensure all activities with port handling for import clearance are according to custom rule and regulations
• Monitor stuffing status and give the information for predicting gate in time for import stuff
• Ensure all administration report are to be done in timely and accurately
• Coordinate with other Custom Administration Executive – Documentation jobs if the other is not available
• Coordinate with others for other non custom import document

The preferred candidate has the following qualities:

• Excellent customer service skills, detail oriented and good analytical thinking
• Demonstrated management experience of small work teams to achieve best performance
• Familiar with customs regulations and documentation
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent command of English
• Minimum diploma degree and holding PPJK license will be priorities
• Minimum 3 years experiences in handling import or export custom clearance in logistics or warehouse consolidation
