PROJECT ACCOUNTANT


Reporting directly to the FINANCIAL CONTROLLER the incumbent will be responsible:

• Monthly Profit & Loss for Project Cost Centers.
• Review General Ledger entries to identify and ensure accuracy of actual costs on related reporting period.
• Make necessary accruals for each profit & loss account for every Cost Centers.
• Analyze Actual against Budget variance for profit & loss account in every Cost Center.
• Prepare Invoices
• Coordinate with tax section to ensure invoice and tax invoice are correct
• Conduct supplier invoice review for its completeness, correctness and validity.
• Check account code and cost allocation of suppliers invoices.
• Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation:
• Provide account listing for ‘Work In Progress’ account related to every Cost Centers.
• Obtain detail Transport data for being reconciled against General Ledger
• Resolve for any issues on day to day finance activities to ensure proper control and continuous support to operation activity



With the following qualifications:

• Male / Female with at least 8 years experience in handling Accounting process and reporting with 5 years experience in Multinational Company
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting with GPA Min 3.00 from reputable university
• Able to use SUN SYSTEM / SAP
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Microsoft Office Literate ( Ms words, Ms Excell, Microsoft Access )
• . Honest, mature, strong leadership skill, intention to detail and analisyst, fast learner, self starter , self motivated, hard driven, hard worker, with highly responsibility, and able to work under pressure and long hours
• Exellent communication skill and team player
• Understand of GAAP as well as local accounting standards
• Able for immediate employment
