Secretary / Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Running the reception welcoming, registering, announcing and taking care of company guests
• Handling incoming phone calls
• Dealing with suppliers, partners and customers (mostly by phone in Indonesian)
• Preparing purchase orders and other business letters (in English)
• Administration of incoming/outgoing mail and parcels
Requirements:
• Working experience in a similar position (secretary) for at least 2 years
• Ability to prepare business letters (mainly POs)
• Knowledge of basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Communicative in English
• Representative presence
• Self-reliance, and positive attitude
