SALVAGE MASTER

(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

* Company’s Representative at location; dealing with all parties;
* Responsible for the management and supervision of the marine spread and salvage operations;
* Assists the Manager-Salvage in the management and administration of all the division’s operational personnel;
* Responsible for planning, organising and co-ordinating the salvage operations regarding personnel, marine craft and project schedules;
* Documents and compiles salvage report to monitor every movement on the salvage project so as to maximise the amount of award given;
* Assists in the preparation of tenders by conducting the site inspection and recommending method for the salvage;
* Trouble shoot technical problems arising from salvage operations.

Requirements:

* Nautical background, having served onboard ships as a deck officer and with minimum Class 3 foreign-going Certificate of Competency;
* Sub-sea knowledge will be an added advantage with a broad marine background (marine engineering, knowledge on naval architecture);
* Able to travel at very short notice;
* Good communication skills and leadership qualities;
* Able to work independently and act accordingly in a very dynamic situation

Small-Medium Enterprise Sales Manager

Reporting to the Head of Business Sales, you will be primarily responsible for setting up strategies to expand company’s customer base in Small-Medium Enterprise segment, that cover both private and state owned organizations. One of your key functions is to direct sales team in achieving postpaid subscribe growth, as well as to ensure high quality customer relations and retention rate. You will be taking care of:
