Small-Medium Enterprise Sales Manager

Reporting to the Head of Business Sales, you will be primarily responsible for setting up strategies to expand company’s customer base in Small-Medium Enterprise segment, that cover both private and state owned organizations. One of your key functions is to direct sales team in achieving postpaid subscribe growth, as well as to ensure high quality customer relations and retention rate. You are also expected to be involved in developing of training for the account executives.


You will be taking care of:

* planning, developing and executing the full spectrum of Sales Activities for selling company’s postpaid product in SMB – Medium Size Enterprise Segment by utilizing direct selling techniques

* preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects

* administering accurate records of all products, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives

* assisting Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations

* maintaining closed productive relationship with existing accounts

* handling Customer Application verification and approval

* controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.

* take care overall management of sales team, including staffing/retention, team development, performance and compensation management.


To fit in with the profile, you shall:

* have a University Degree with related major. Telecommunication engineering or MBA degree will be an advantage.

* have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Senior/Managerial Level in Sales/Marketing function, preferably in similar (high-tech) industry

* have proven track record in direct-to-corporate sales experience, deal with the decision makers, good knowledge in relevant market dimension

* have the following key qualities: first-rate of communication and interpersonal skill, high self-motivation and sound leadership skill

* have an excellent English language proficiency
