SALES MANAGER
Jakarta
This position main purpose is to ensure the achievement of
yearly sales target for domestic market and maintain good relationship with the
existing customers and pursue potential customer by monitoring, reviewing,
analyzing and developing sales and marketing implementation strategy which
covers market research, negotiation and customer relation initiatives and
leading negotiation directly as directed.
Main Accountabilities:
• Deputize for Head of Sales & Logistic as and when
directed
• Strategic Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Ensure the
availability of sales and marketing initiatives to anticipate market changes
and development.
• Prospecting: Ensure that customers (both existing and new)
are exposed to the latest information of company’s products and logistics/shipping
up date and liaise with customers to ensure contracts are performed within
terms and conditions
• Sales Negotiation: Ensure the achievement of mutual
agreement between company and customer.
• Product Selling: Ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Customer Relations: Develop and maintain excellence
customer relationship.
• People Development: Ensure performance improvement of
subordinate.
• Matrix Management: Maximize value for ITM (and significant
stakeholder) interests.
• Management Tools: Ensure implementation of various
management tools employed by company within department.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in any major. Master degree is preferable.
• 10 years or more in sales function in Mining Industry with
a focus toward coal marketing
• Having experience and good understanding in
shipping/logistic, contract management, sales/marketing, tender and Domestic
Market Obligation and Pricing & Quantity Regulation
General Qualifications:
• Able to identify and pursue potential customers
• Able to carry out negotiation, finalizing and execution
sales as delegated
• Excellent in customer relation management
• Develops Sales and marketing plan and strategy options
• Excellent in contract management knowledge
• Having knowledge in shipping and supply chain
• Fluent in the use of English language
