We are looking for a talented, smart, experienced and energetic person to fill following position:

SITE MANAGER

Qualification:

1. Honest and responsible.

2. Gradution of min. Bachelor (S1) of Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering.

3. Work experience min. 10 years (prioritized from Drilling Company).

4. Agressive, proactive, creative and loyal.

5. Have a leadership, ready and capable to lead or coordinate team to reach companys goal.

6. Understand principle and application of HSE.

7. Understand SOP application in job.

8. Good in using computer program.

9. Good Communication

10. Fluent English in conversation and written.

HSE OFFICER

Qualification:

1. Honest and responsible.

2. Gradution of min. Bachelor (S1) of Society Health, K3 or equivalent.

3. Work experience min. 2 years (prioritized from Drilling/Mining Company).

4. Having K3 Competency Certificate (Sertifikat Kompetensi K3) from Disnaker/Pertambangan or from Pusdiklat MIGAS.

5. Prioritized having Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Competency Certificate.

6. Capable to make investigation report and other HSE reports.

7. Agressive, proactive, creative and loyal.

8. Understand principle and application of HSE.

9. Understand SOP application in job.

10. Good in using computer program.

11. Good Communication

12. Prioritized fluent English in conversation and written.

MARKETING MANAGER

Qualification:

1. Honest and responsible.

2. Bachelor Degree with Major in Geology, Mining, Oil Engineering, and or equivalent.

3. Experience min. 10 years in related field (experience in Drilling Company is preferable).

4. Assertive, proactive, creative and loyal.

5. Understanding the regulation of the Mining, Oil and Gas. Preferably if understand PTK 007.

6. Know and understand about the making of the contract of employment.

7. Have a lot of relationships and understand the marketing strategy.

8. Good in using computer programs.

9. Have a Good Interpersonal Skill.

10. Fluent English in conversation and written.

STAFF IT

Qualification:

1. Honest and responsible.

2. Gradution of min Bachelor (S1) of Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

3. Work experience min. 2 years, in computer field.

4. Master information technology system, computers software and hardware.

5. Understand about Enterprize Research Planning (ERP).

6. Aggresive, active and creative.

7. Fluent English in conversation and written.

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Qualification:

1. Honest and responsible.

2. Gradution of min Bachelor (S1) of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

3. Work experience min. 10 years (prioritized from Drilling/Heavy Equipment Company).

4. Experience in planning work or maintenance management of all companys equipments/machineries.

5. Mastering various kinds of engine or drilling equipment in mineral, coal, oil and gas.

6. Having leadership skill, active and creative.

7. Fluent English in conversation and written.

8. Expert in operating computer.

DRILLING SUPERVISOR

Qualification :

1. Honest and responsible.

2. Minimum education High School/equivalent.

3. Having experience as Drilling Supervisor min. 5 years.

4. Having leadership, proactive, creative and loyal.

5. Understand the duties and responsibilities of Drilling Supervisor.

6. Understand various drilling methods especially in Mineral and Coal Mining.

7. Capable to lead the team to reach companys goal.

8. Fluent English (priority) and capable to use computer program.

9. Ready to be placed anywhere in Companys project sites.
