PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN (JAKARTA OFFICE PLACEMENT)

Will be assisting management and Chairman with minutes of
meetings, schedules, events, clients, special projects and coordinating work
program with other departments.
- S1 graduate or higher from reputable University, majoring in Secretary or similar faculties;
- Having minimum of 3 years working experience as Personal Assistant include experience with Initial Public Offering (IPO);
- FEMALE, 25 - 35 years old;
- Provide personal assistance and secretarial support to the Chairman;
- Manage and diaries online, co-ordinate and set up meetings;
- Attractive, Communication and excellent interpersonal skill;
- Good manner, helpful, neat and has great office etiquette;
- Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office);
- Enjoys making new acquaintances and wide networking;
- Honest and well presented;
- High level of the integrity, team worker and possessing good interpersonal skills;
- Strong personality with high level of energy, flexible and initiative;
- Willing to travel in Indonesia and around the World.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE TO TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
(CIKARANG HEADQUARTER)

Will be assisting Technical Director with minutes of
meetings, schedules, events, clients, special projects, and liaising with other
departments.
- D3/S1 graduate Marketing background and /or experience in Administration or similar is preferable
- Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant or similar role
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentable at all time
- Team player, organized, proactive, honest, and has a great work and telephone etiquette
- Past experience in Networking or similar line job
- Must be Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Office and windows)
- Understanding and ability to write Excel Macro is preferable
- Able to understand some English language
- Able to read and write in English are highly regarded
- Able and willing to travel both domestic and international
- Able to work long and flexible hours at times
- Other tasks assigned by the Technical Director
MARKETING STAFF (OSCT JAKARTA OFFICE PLACEMENT)
Code: MKT
Will be marketing rental of oil spill response equipment and
services to 200 oil & gas companies and private companies in Indonesia and
around the World.
- D3/S1 graduate, background in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar faculties Male/Female , SINGLE, 22 - 30 years old;
- Innovative, communicative, with a good personality, and excellent negotiation skills;
- Enjoys making new acquaintances and wide networking;
- Excellent in making business proposals, preparing presentation materials and sales presentations;
- Good looking and well presented;
- Commission intensive;
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position;
- Willing to travel to offshore-platforms & remote locations in Indonesia & abroad;
- Fluent in English, both oral & written.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR (CIKARANG HEADQUARTER)
Code: MC
Will be perform administrative and handling the Maintenance
division.
- S1 graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or Management;
- FEMALE, 23 – 30 years old;
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position;
- Having knowledge about Maintenance System, Maintenance Report and Administration;
- Good in administration and attentive to detail;
- Understand about procedure and process Maintenance;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports;
- Fluent in English, both oral & written;
- Computer literate is a must (software : MS. Office, Excel);
- Strong analytical skills, attentive to details and team player.
MAINTENANCE STAFF (CIKARANG HEADQUARTER)
Code : MS
Will be handling maintenance and service of oil spill
equipment at company’s headquarters.
- D3/S1 graduate, background in Mechanical Engineering
- MALE, 22-30 years old
- 2 year experience in similar position
- Hard working and team player, able to handle mechinery and welding
- Interested in performing trouble shooting and finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of project
- Strong analytical skill
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Fluent in English, both oral & written
- Accurate, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
