Purchasing Supervisor (Samarinda Office)

Job Requirement :

Male
Honest, good attitude, responsible and hard worker
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill
Excellent analytical skill
Bachelor (S1) or Diploma (D3) from Technical
ERP experience preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in procurement leader

Job Responsibilities :

Review PR reports, establish purchasing requirements to meet production demand
Evaluate and maintain all reports for purchasing
Design and implement all material plans and ensure compliance to all purchasing policies
Plan, purchase, and schedule supplier deliveries to meet business needs based on PR
Monitor and record quality issues and follow up with suppliers for corrective actions production
Assist in development of new suppliers; reviews capability of new and current suppliers; sources alternate suppliers as back-up.

Logistic Supervisor (Samarinda Office)

Job Requirement :

Minimum 2 years experience in logistic leader

Job Responsibilities :

Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals
Motivate and coach logistics team to ensure adherence to working instructions and procedures
Planning, directing and coordinating Logistics services
Inventory report and statistics
Maintains inventory records, and plans and documents future inventory needs.
Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures and to determine adequacy of stock levels
