Grand Indonesia is a mixed-use complex including a shopping
mall and the Hotel Indonesia covering an area of about 640,000 m2 (6,900,000 sq
ft), located on the Hotel Indonesia traffic circle in Jakarta in Indonesia. The
site of the current Grand Indonesia was previously occupied by Hotel Indonesia
and Hotel Inna Wisata. Hotel Indonesia was the first five star hotel in the
archipelago, being the most prestigious hotel at the time it was built. The
development of the building was initiated by the first Indonesian president,
Soekarno, who was also an architect. Hotel Inna Wisata was built in 1970s as a
midclass accommodation, located behind Hotel Indonesia. All of the buildings in
the complex except the original Hotel Indonesia building were torn down to make
way for Grand Indonesia.
We are looking for talented person to join our team as :
- Leader / Asst. Supervisor VAC Office Tower
Kualifikasi :
- Lulusan DIII atau S1 jurusan VAC / Mechanical
- Lebih diutamakan yang berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang Air Conditioning.
- Memahami System Pendingin (AC) Gedung bertingkat tinggi (Perkantoran) baik Chiller Plant Water Cooled, PHE, AHU dan FCU serta memahami Chiller Performance
- Mampu mengidentifikasi permasalahan AC Gedung.
- Bisa mengoperasikan computer (Word, Excel dan Power Point).
- Lebih diutamakan mampu berbicara dengan bahas Inggris.
- Mampu membuat laporan.
Note: untuk kebutuhan saat ini 1 orang untuk Ass. Supervisor
atau Leader Technician tergantung hasil test yang akan di Tempat di Gedung
Menara BCA (56 Floor).
