Role Purpose:

The Business Customer Experience Management Manager is accountable for the management and delivery of the customer experience to Business Segment Customers. This role will ensure that all moments of the customer journey are connected and consistent. The BCEM Manager will define and continuously improve end to end customer experience requirement based on relevant data.

Role Purpose:

- RESPONSIBLE to DEFINE, DEVELOP and CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING the IT Infrastructure solution, architecture, strategy and roadmap.

- Has a sufficient knowledge of BSS/OSS, especially in the area of charging, billing, mediation, CRM, card & reload system, sales, portal and mobile apps, provisioning system, order management, digital payment, ERP system, data warehouse, business intelligence, revenue assurance, inventory management, and operating support system.
- Has a sufficient knowledge in Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM) and Information Framework (SID)
- Exposure to operational of IT Infrastructure domain in a corporate scale and Telco-industry.
