The program consists of training conducted by company
executives followed by assignments in company operating units.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of
- Faculty of Agriculture : Soil Science and Land Resources,
Agronomy and Horticulture, Plant Protection
- Faculty of Forestry : Forest Management, Forestry
Products, Silviculture
- Faculty of Agricultural Technology : Mechanical and
Biosystem Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Agroindustrial Technology,
Civil and Environmental Engineering
- Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences : Statistics,
Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biochemistry
with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
2. Some fluency in oral and written English
3. Willingness to work in office and/ or field
4. Placement in Lampung.
