GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM- ENGINEERING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT (Code : GDP - Engineering and Project Management)
Petrosea Graduate Development Program aims to open up development opportunities for selected Indonesian graduates, who have educational background relevant to the company’s business interests, in order to gain comprehensive working experiences and opportunities to progress within Petrosea career path.

Requirement

• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal andcommunication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - MINING (Code : GDP - Mining)
