fill the following position in Batam:
HR Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR services and perform administrative duties at our factories , including:
- Logistics planning, ordering, allocation and distribution (eg uniform, badges, forms)
- Participate in recruitment activities
- New employee induction briefings
- Creation of employee profiles in our attendance system
- Data compilation for assigned HR Managers
- Data entry of HR-related information in HRIS
- Manage expatriate and foreign workers’ stay, maintenance and repatriation, including:
- being the point of contract for expatriate and foreign worker issues,
- application/ renewal/ cancellation of appropriate work permits,
- managing accommodation and vehicle rentals,
- liaising with various vendors to provide certain aspects of the above services (where applicable)
- Plan and implement company-wide social and health related programs and activities.
- Become an advocate of our company’s productivity and process optimization improvement programs.
- Provide HR operational services to our employees.
- Provide support in the absence of other HR team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of hands-on HR administration experiences.
- Candidates with other HR skill sets (eg Payroll, Training, etc) will be favourably considered.
- Proficient with MS Office applications, ie Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Possesses high energy with a passion to serve our employees and address HR issues beyond the call of duty.
- Proven ability to follow-through and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
- Customer service and quality oriented.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Must be willing to be based in Batam.
