Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the business in the districts where necessary in order to achieve forecast and sales targets which may include supporting colleagues within the Sales Back Office team
• Provide backup sales support where necessary
• Update and maintain prospects in Update 7 Tool and chase overdue prospects with the sales team, providing stats on prospects v orders received
• Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare
• Arrange appointments and meetings
• Attend conferences and exhibitions and carry out organizer duties where required
• Respond to general sales enquiries via mail, fax or telephone escalating where necessary
• Arrange customer education on customer request and assure tracking and billing
• Quotes and Tenders – provide support to Sales Back Office team, processing quotes and preparing tenders, or providing quotation status overview to sales when necessary
• Keep up to date information about customer training received and entitlements
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• General administrative experience preferably gained in a field based sales and services organization
• Excellent communication and time-management skills are required
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Energetic & Self Motivated
• Experience of handling event is highly preferable
