JOB EVALUATIONS AND ORGANIZATION DESIGN ASSISTANT MANAGER


Responsibilities:

• Conduct job evaluation, participating in market remuneration surveys, conducting competitive benchmarking and analysis of Compensation and Benefits practices
• Review, develop and deploy employees’ grading system
• To keep well informed regarding government compensation law and regulations to ensure that all Compensation & Benefit plans comply with such law/regulation and competitive in external market
• Develop and implement Organization Development process e.g. organization structure, job description, corporate core values, corporate culture, policy and procedure and corporate image

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Statistic/Management/HRM from reputable universities
• Experience in Hay Job Evaluation/Mercer will strongly considered
• Leader, self-starter and possess ability to see projects through completion
• Preffered candidate who posses administration and filing data skill
• Having analitical capabilities for reporting standardized data control
• Possess strong Leadership capability to ensure the Organization Development process running well
• Familiar with Competency Based Human Resources Management
• At least 2 years working experience as assistant manager
