Human Resources Staff/ Spv SURABAYA
Responsibilities:
Handling employee database, up dating, coordinating with another branch office and factory that contain thousands data, so the candidate must be expert in handling HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
• Based in our Surabaya Office
• Based in Surabaya Office.
• Min. 3 years as Staff or Supervisor in HR Department handling employee database (in Manufacturing Industry preferable)
• Bachelor Degree in any Major, LAW and IT preferable, GPA > 3.00 from reputable university
• Male/ Female, Age max 27 - 33 years old
• Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill, good in numbers, responsible, hard worker, highly commitment to company, easy going person
• Willing to travel
• Conversant with English (Oral / Written) is a must
• Advance in MS office operation (Excel, Word, Power Point)
