Responsibilities:
• Responsible for internal telephony system maintenance & troubleshooting, such as parameter set-up, pre process & post process activities, daily monitor on the system, provide report analysis, liase with Vendor for technical maintenance, system upgrade & problem solving.
• Responsible for database management process.
• Responsible for maintenance of internal knowledge website & troubleshooting on the website.
• Responsible for the smoothness of system infrastructure & information technology, by liasing with related units.
• Supporting unit’s expansion plan and strategy on related responsibilities, therefore will be heavily involved in any projects related to business enhancement.
• Act as Help desk for other users relating to infrastructure.
Requirements:
• Candidate must be already located in Jabodetabek.
• Candidate must be willing to start from a Contract position.
• Has 2 years of experience in Management Information System/ Network/ Database Admin.
• Holds minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Management Information System/ related majors from a reputable university.
• Strong in data analysis (preferably: mastering Microsoft Office, SQL, VB.net, Java skills).
• Able to work under pressure & to complete deadline in a fast-paced, multicultural working environment.
