Associate Service & Support Desk Officer (ICT-SSD)


Responsibilities:

• Assist Services & Support desk Supervisor in managing services support and activities
• Enable the Service Desk to deliver IT support services to customers with high level service of focus on customer service including technical support for desktop / helpdesk support
• To assist the Services Supervisor in all other related duties that pertains to IT Service Group
• Providing the first point of contact for services to the customer
• Providing service to the agreed Service Desk charter, statement of work and SLAs
• Managing Incidents and Service Requests throughout their lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Service desk environment, or relevant program
• Experience in user support and customer relationship management
• Good manner of communication to customer or users
• Helpdesk support integrity
• Analytical problem solving skills
• Strong reporting and technical writing
