Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Report to Manager Shift Factory Surabaya – PT Asia Tembakau;To control and coordinate the performance of cigarette production in the specified shift to meet daily production volume objectives within defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as quality, productivity, cost, safety, delivery time, industrial / environmental peace, and continuous improvement spirit.

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor Degree from Engineering;
• Having around 1-2 years experiences in production area is preferable;
• Strong analytical & learning capability, achievement orientation, communication skill and teamwork & corporation;
• Having knowledge in IR (Industrial Relation) is and advantage;
• Willing to work in Shift;
• Willing to be located in Surabaya – East Java
