Personnel & General Affairs Manager (PGAM)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
• Male, maximum age 35 years old
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in consumer goods industry
• Having knowledge of Manpower regulations/ Indonesian Labor Law and its implementation
• Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the human resources operation
• Have ability to monitor employee data, counceling, and all related Personnel and General Affairs matter
• Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, Personnel Matters, Employee Relation
• Experience to design and develop training programs
• Experience to make payroll structure
• Good personality, leadership, communication
• Will be placed at Bandung, West Java
