Service Head


Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible to manage service function in branch. It includes managing branch service standard, paper administration, human resources, information technology, and general affairs. The main function is building service delight to the internal and external customer, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Min S1 from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Not more than 30 years old
• Min 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking)
• Strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates
• Ability to develop and building service excellent cultures to employees
• Ability to motivate others and good communication
